We supply a range of Plastic Modular belting from 12.7mm Pitch to 50.8mm manufactured in various materials and colours to suit your application. They too can have flights and accessories added to them on assembly and can be retrofitted as an alternative to PVC belts.

Plastic Modular Belting is often used when a conveyor needs to bend or is curved. The base belt is manufactured in small link-able sections and uses hinges, pins and rods to hold these sections in place. Due to the substantial number of joints and hinges used, the belt can maintain a smooth, flat, top-surface whilst travelling around a bend, curve or uneven surface.

Modular Belts are also available in food grade quality and are commonly used in food production; these belts are very hygienic.

In summary, plastic modular conveyor belts tend to be far easier to manage than chain conveyors due to them being less maintenance-heavy and are a much simpler solution to maintain.
