PVC and PU conveyor belts are used in a broad range of industries, with each application having it’s own specific requirements. Supplied in 1,2 and 3 ply in with various top and bottom covers to suit all applications, they are manufactured in Blue, White, Green and Black as standard.

All our PVC and PU conveyor belts can be created bespoke to your requirements, so additional fittings such as flights, sidewalls, tracking guides, edge profiles and corrugated sidewalls can be easily fabricated should you require them and are supplied endless or fitted with fasteners as required.

Polyester Mesh De-Watering belts are supplied with 1mm and 2mm openings for draining after washing, we also supply Punched Belts.

Sometimes, smooth belts or belts with a low profiled surface are not enough to carry slippery or bulky materials up steep inclines. In these cases, profiles of different heights and shapes depending on the types of products can be high frequency welded on to the belt to prevent material from falling back and in maintaining conveying capacity even at very high angles of incline.

The choice of profile, as well as the right spacing and positioning, is determined by a thorough analysis of the conveying problem.
